Classic Water-Boiled Bagels; The Hard-to-Find Breakfast Staple
Lauren and myself stumbled upon a shocking discovery eating breakfast one day. There are very few places to get a good bagel in the "757"! Often the bagels around the Tidewater area are in a closer consistency to a "ring of bread" (Little to no chew and very little flavor). Having family from the Jersey Shore, we have been exposed to "classic" bagels for many years. Our goal is to bring something closer to a true "classic" bagel to the Tidewater area. Bagels are better with Belle!
